This modern holiday home, located in a private cul-de-sac shared with three other houses, is only a 10 minute walk through the National Park to the spectacular Dimmick’s Ocean Beach (see last photo!).
Ocean Escape offers a relaxed yet fresh feel, with all new furniture and a recently repainted interior throughout the property.
With 4 bedrooms configured in a 2 x 2 arrangement, Ocean Escape is ideal for the ‘two family’ holiday. A central dividing door means each family can have the privacy of their own ‘zone’ at night, while sharing the 2 generous living spaces and a large sunny deck during the day.
The property also features a modern kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, including a 520L fridge, dishwasher (great for entertaining!), coffee machine, microwave and other appliances.
The dining area features a beautiful 8-seater recycled teak dining table, while the living room sports two comfortable couches, a matching ottoman, a large plasma TV (with Foxtel inc all sports channels) and an open fire and air conditioner.
The property has one full bathroom (with a bath and separate shower), plus an en-suite from the master bedroom with additional shower.
This home keeps the fantastic summer feel going with air-conditioned comfort for the hot days, or reverse-cycle heating and a cosy open fire for the cooler months.
The back deck is a haven for sun and perfect to relax and read a book on the outdoor sun lounges or hammock. The garden is fun for children to explore and play, with a large back yard (not fully fenced). Surrounded by ti-tree and backing onto a nature reserve, Ocean Escape is a great place to really get away from it all.
