With the beach just metres away, this spacious 4 bedroom home is the ideal place to enjoy your stay on the Mornington Peninsula. This home can accommodate 10-12 guests very comfortably. Featuring 2 separate living and dining areas, both with amazing beach views and alfresco dining, this home is perfect for relaxing with family and friends and entertaining. Downstairs features a kitchenette, lounge area, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, laundry and outdoor shower. There is a large open-plan kitchen and living space upstairs, that opens out onto a balcony overlooking the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, coffee machine and dual entertainers oven. A powder room is also located upstairs, along with the master bedroom, which has access to a balcony overlooking the backyard.
Master Bedroom: QUEEN BED with EN-SUITE inc BATHTUB, T.V, clothes rack and balcony.
Bedroom 1: QUEEN BED with built in robe and access to rear yard.
Bedroom 2: QUEEN BED and SINGLE BED with built in robe.
Bedroom 3: KIDS RETREAT - TRIO BUNK with DOUBLE BED and SINGLE BED, separate SINGLE BED plus a portable SINGLE FOLD-OUT BED and COT. Built in robe also with kids toys.
As we out-source our linen, pillows and doonas/quilts are provided uncovered - you are welcome to bring your own pillowcases, top and bottom sheets and towels for beach and bath.
If you would prefer, we can provide beds made up and towels at a cost of $25 per guest.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM stay during peak season and on public holiday long weekends and a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM stay during low season. We can accommodate stays that do not meet these minimums, by ENQUIRY ONLY and a SURCHARGE may apply.
