The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. Please note: The single beds can be set up as a king bed on prior request. The upstairs living area/rumpus has two single beds and includes a study desk for multipurpose use. All beds have quality inner-spring mattresses and high quality linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom and the upstairs living area have split system AC providing year-round comfort. The family bathroom has a spa bath, large shower, vanity and separate toilet. A powder room is conveniently located downstairs providing a third toilet. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine for use by guests and direct access to second outside courtyard with clothes line.
Secure parking is available in the double lockup garage behind the property and ample parking is also available at the front of the property and across the road.

Visitor Information: Martha Cove is a comfortable one hour drive from Melbourne CBD using either the Monash Freeway or Eastlink to join onto the M11 Peninsula Link. Take the C787 turnoff for the Red Hill wineries and follow the signs to Mt Martha via Bruce Road. The townhouse is located near the spectacular marina. A pop up food truck serves lunchtime meals most days in latter part of the week and on Saturdays.
Close by on Marine Drive is a continental cafe and gourmet food store, Provincia, and a chemist. The local beach and clifftop walking trail is within easy walking distance further along the picturesque boardwalk. The Martha Cove boat ramp is just a few hundred metres away and it is just a short drive to the stunning wineries, restaurants and the famous Peninsula Hot Springs. In addition, three bikes with helmets are provided for guests to enjoy the local bike track which follows the coastline and a full set of golf clubs and balls to play at one of the many splendid golf courses nearby. Sorrento is 30 mins away where you can also board the Queenscliff ferry. The local No 788 bus services all beaches to Portsea and is accessible via Bruce Rd. At least one fishing charter departs from just outside the Marina Cafe.
