Somers Escape is a sunny, spacious and comfortable house that is perfectly suited to two families. The beach house is a classic, two storey house that is set on a substantial suburban block. The main living area upstairs offers tree top views and an expansive side decking, complete with BBQ and wraps around with stairs leading to the large backyard. The inviting backyard is the perfect spot to read the paper and have a cuppa and is where you will find the outdoor setting for 4 with a shade umbrella for those beautiful sunny afternoons. The circular driveway and carport provides plenty of room for off-street parking for multiple cars.
The carport entry leads into the laundry and past the 2nd toilet. The large glassed living room downstairs comprises a fold out couch and table for 8 guests and views the mature fruit & native trees in the backyard.
A spiral staircase leads to a spacious open plan living and dining area (for 8 guests) and large kitchen equipped with everything you'd need, including a dishwasher and microwave oven. Two comfortable couches provide views over the tree tops and plenty of game boards and books to peruse. A flat screen TV, and DVD player can also be found in this spacious zone. Split system air-conditioning / heating, as well as a wood fire heater ensure your stay will be a comfortable one all year round. Upstairs you will also find the main bathroom with a bath, separate shower and toilet.

Bookings need to be made a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay of 3 nights Labour day long weekend & Queen's Birthday long Weekend.
Minimum stays of 4 nights Easter long weekend and Melbourne Cup weekend.
Minimum stays of 5 nights during December and all school holidays periods.
2 night minimum stays at all off-peak times.
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking and will be kept by the owner in the event of a cancellation.
The balance of the payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. An additional bond of $300 (4 adults or more) is also required upon paying balance (to be refunded, providing conditions of stay are met).
