French doors surround a sun drenched central swimming pool with a huge entertainment area featuring sun lounges, 8 seater dining table and large barbecue.
Relax on the sun lounges whilst sipping your complimentary bottle of bubbly.
Additional French doors open to the back garden featuring split level decking with a further covered dining area and spa nestled under the tea-trees.
Wander through the lush garden on a meandering boardwalk.
We rent to families or mature groups only. Definitely no schoolies.
The free flowing floor plan accommodates 8 people and features high ceilings, and jarrah floor boards.

There is an expectation that all guests leave the property clean and tidy at the end of their stay. Excess cleaning will be deducted from your bond at the rate of $55 per hour.
Each tenancy is provided with a 2 standard wheelie bins, one for household refuse the other for recycling. There is a rubbish collection each week and we ask that bins be placed on the curb-side on Sunday night for collection early Monday morning. Any excess rubbish must be taken with you or taken to the garbage hopper located at the end of Normanby Road, Sorrento. Alternatively, excess rubbish can be taken to the tip at Truemans Road, Rye. (open 8 am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 5 pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
Please note any excess garage not taken will be removed and disposed of at the rate of the day. The associated costs will be deducted from the bond prior to the balance being refunded.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
NO PARTY CLAUSE:
We hope that you enjoy your stay, however, we do not permit the use of the house for parties and functions unless arranged in advance.
Linen is not included in the nightly rate. We find that most guests bring their own, however we do provide a linen hire service should you require it. An additional charge of $150.00 is applicable to cover the linen needs for all 8 guests for the rentals period. The linen supplied consists of sheets, pillow cases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels. Doonas and pillows are supplied as standard.
Smokers are respectfully asked not to smoke inside the home and to thoughtfully dispose of cigarette butts.
A BBQ with Gas Bottles together with cleaning aids is supplied for your use. Please ensure that the BBQ is cleaned prior to your departure in readiness for the next tenancy. Should you prefer to pay for this cleaning to be performed, a fee of $35 will be deducted from your bond.
