Living Area - has 2 large opening doors enabling to bring the outside, inside, where the BBQ, decking and spa is situated. Fully appointed modern kitchen with refridgerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and all plates and utensils you would need.
Backyard - grassed area for kids to play basketball/backyard cricket. With outdoor sitting area to read paper or watch kids. A double hammock enables you to relax and read.
Upstairs Room - great get away for kids/adults allowing DVDs to be watched through projector, with outside decking area enabling to sit protected sunbaking and relaxing.
There are no pets permitted on the property or inside for hygiene and allergy reasons. Smoking is not permitted inside.
LINEN- Linen and doonas to be requested by client at time of booking at an additional cost of $200/to be arranged with owner.
HOUSE CLEANING- As with all private holiday homes guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Excess cleaning will be deducted from your bond at a rate of $55 per hour.
GARBAGE- is a big problem with guests particularily in peak periods. Each tenancy is provided with a standard black bin and recycle bin. As curtesy to the owners we ask you not to vacate without taking care of excess rubbish. Bins are to be left on the curb sunday night for monday collection.
Note: A garbarge hopper is located at the end of Normanby Rd Sorrento open 10-4pm everyday from Dec 26th to Jan 31st. Remainder of the year Saturdays and Sundays only.
A refundable security bond of $500 is required.
A scanned photo ID drivers license is required no photo ID, no booking.
