MASTER 1 : Located upstairs, the master bedroom has a stunning view to wake up to each morning. It has a private balcony. adjoining walk-in robe and freshly renovated ensuite. This room has a queen sized, TV and a split system air conditioner.. MASTER 2: Separate to the main home, the second master bedroom is accessed from the ground level deck. It features a King sized bed and luxuriuosly appointed ensuite with a large double ended bath. A new flat screen TV is mounted on the wall and this room is super quiet with double glazed windows. BED 3: A large bedroom with a queen sized bed and built in robes. There's heaps of room for all your gear and the room has quite a nice outlook over the valley toward the Sorrento back beach. BED 4: located upstairs, the fourth bedroom has another queen sized bed and built in robes with plenty of wardrobe space. This room is currently also set up with a porta-cot. BED 5/RUMPUS: This very large bedroom is currently set up as a rumpus/TV games room with a new set of bunks (bottom double bed, top KS single and trundle single bed). There is also a TV with DVD player, Wii and a couch. There is a separate external sliding door out to the garden along with the internal access. A porta-cot is permanently set up for guests use and may be moved to any room. Please be aware that whilst there are beds for 12 people the dining table is only set up for 10.
The property is centrally located in a quiet no-through road in Sorrento. The views from the newly renovated decking toward the back beach dunes are a fantastic place for sunset cocktails. There is plenty of room for off-street parking (room for up to 8 cars). The property is fully fenced with large steel "rusty" gates to give you peace of mind if you have small children or pets. There is also an outdoor shower which is always popular after a day at the beach and a "webber" BBQ.
Indoors there are 2 large living zones (main living room and rumpus/bedroom 5). Downstairs is an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area together with a breakfast bar with stools. There is a large wall mounted 50 inch LCD TV, DVD/Blue ray player, Stereo system, wood heater, double glazed windows, split system air conditioning, ceiling fan and comfortable lounge suites. The recycled dining table seats 10. This room has a lovely outlook over the large deck toward the back beach.
Also located on the same level down a short hallway is the family bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. This is adjacent to the generously sized Rumpus room/Bedroom 5.
The kitchen is appointed with electric hot plates, dishwasher, coffee machine, 90cm oven and SMEG fridge. The laundry has a front loading washing machine and dryer.
The property is the perfect place to get away from it all yet still have everything on your doorstep.

Well trained pets are welcome with prior permission of the owner. Smokers are respectfully asked not to smoke inside the house and to thoughtfully dispose of cigarette butts.
LINEN: Linen is not included. Most guests bring their own linen (including sheets, pillow cases, tea towels), however a linen hire service is also available. Expect to pay around $350 to cover the linen needs for all guests. All beds come with doonas and pillows. HOUSECLEANING: As with all private holiday homes guests are expected to leave the house clean and tidy as per your arrival. Excess cleaning will be deducted from your bond at the rate of $75 per hour. GARBAGE: Garbage is a big problem with guests particularly in peak periods. Excess rubbish must be taken with you or contact us to arrange for excess garbage to be taken away. As a courtesy to the owners and next guests please do not vacate without taking care of excess rubbish. Bins are to be left on the curb Sunday night for a Monday morning collection. Note: A garbage hopper is located at the end of Normanby Road, Sorrento (open 10 am to 4 pm every day from December 26 to January 31 and for the rest of the year, Saturdays and Sundays only). Alternatively, excess rubbish can be taken to the tip at Truemans Road, Rye (open 8 am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 5 pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
