Darling Heights has 6 bedrooms; 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, 1 King single bed. Two common areas also have additional sleeping arrangements.
The lower floor has both a large private bedroom and a common area. The spacious bedroom features in built wardrobe and has its own separate lockable access. The common area features a double bunk bed with single on top. An additional trundle with mattress can also be placed in this area. A smart TV, sofa and bathroom help to create an ideal separate living area from the upper floor.
The upper floor features a large meals, dining and living area (75" smart TV) with gourmet kitchen and in-built coffee machine. Across the corridor lies the bedrooms which is excellent for noise control. The upper level also features a separate common room and is an excellent entertainment zone, featuring a billiard table, indoor fireplace, fully functional bar and an extensive balcony with beautiful sunset views.
A large outdoor deck fully furnished and extensive gardens allow for plenty of outdoor fun for all ages.
Guests at Darling Heights enjoy spacious living areas tailored perfectly to suit larger groups and multiple families. It is also a gated property for enhanced security.
Darling Heights is a keyless property which means you never need to worry about losing a key. On check in, guests will be given a unique code to unlock the main door which will be operational for the duration of your stay. Keyless entry means guests can come and go as they please without sharing one key. Just simply close the door and be on your way.
Darling Heights is located in a residential area with permanent residents as neighbours. While the house is designed to be enjoyed by our guests, we ask that you consider our neighbours and respect local law enforcement which regulates loud noise outdoors. The EPA prohibits loud noise from 10:00pm on Sunday to Thursday and from 11:00pm Friday and Sunday. Please respect this when enjoying our property.
The BBQ is to be cleaned by guests after each use. If the BBQ is left in a state requiring cleaning, additional charges of $50 will be incurred. Damage to the BBQ will result in jeopardizing bond return.
There is ample parking available on the premises and we ask you please refrain from parking on any lawn area.
Darling Heights is a non-smoking property in all indoor and covered areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully.
Bins are provided for all rubbish and recycling. Please ensure bins are placed on nature strip for collection at the end of your stay. In the case of full bins, excess rubbish is the responsibility of the guest. Excessive rubbish not able to be collected will incur an additional charge for removal.
Groups under the age of 21 such as Schoolies are not accepted.
