This modern double-storey townhouse is located right on the waterfront in St Leonards, only a 2 minute drive or leisurely stroll along the foreshore to the town centre.

The lower floor consists of an impressive open plan living/dining area with 10-seater dining table, 3 double-seater couches, large TV, DVD, Bluray player and surround sound system. The adjoining kitchen boasts a large stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and an island bench for casual meals. The living area opens onto a fabulous decked area with timber outdoor setting.

Upstairs you will find a second living area offering views of the bay with comfortable couches and an electric imitation wood fire, perfect for winding down after a long day on the beach. This area also features an adjoining kitchenette/bar with fridge and wine cooler.

All three bedrooms are also located upstairs:
