This lovely holiday home nestled in a quiet area of St Leonards is ideally located close to the town centre where you will find the convenience of a supermarket, cafes, eateries, pub, newsagent and post, and only a 2 minute walk to the beach.
It accommodates up to 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms:

Bedroom 3 - 1 x King bed with ceiling fan
The renovated kitchen boasts an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, while the adjoining open plan dining/living area features an 8-seater dining table, two couches and TV. A split system and ceiling fan are provided for year-round comfort.
A separate family room with solid fuel heater provides another great area to relax with 2 couches, 2 recliners, TV and DVD.
The fully renovated main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet, while the laundry offers another semi-ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet along with a washing machine.
Outside, a covered back deck with outdoor setting overlooks a shady back yard with lawn for the kids to play on. For the keen fishermen there is a fishing station to wash the catch of the day, and also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Please note that the garage is not included, but plenty of driveway parking is available.
