This sensational four bedroom home ticks all the boxes for your ideal family getaway. Located only 800 meters to the beautiful St Leonards beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre where you will find the convenience of a supermarket, cafes, eateries, pub, newsagent and post.

Recently renovated, this amazing property will have you feeling right at home in a comfortable and relaxing environment. This includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A large open plan living / dining area with lots of seating , a wood fire coonara for those cold winter nights and a reverse cycle split system for the hot summer days. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player and assortment of DVDs to choose from. High chair is available for the little ones and there is an assortment of board games to keep you busy in the cupboard.

Even more family time can be enjoyed out the back, where you will find a covered deck with outdoor setting and BBQ, outdoor fire pit with seating right around and in the double garage you will find a table tennis and an air hockey table that converts to a pool table, dart board as well as seating and 2 fridges to enjoy a nice cool beverage and to store food while you play. For the younger kids there are plenty of things to keep them entertained such as scooters, skateboards, football, basketball, cricket set, bowling set, boogie boards and shovel and spade set for the beach. And for the keen fishermen there is a fishing station in rear to clean your catch of the day

The fully enclosed high carport will give the option to park your boat and cars in a safe and secure spot.

Up to 12 people can be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms, all which have ceiling fans and 1 of which has its own bathroom and indoor spa.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed.

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Tri Bunk.

Bedroom 3 - 1 x Tri Bunk.

Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed with ensuite, TV and a DVD player.

2 x Fold out beds in the cupboard.

Pets only with landlord approval - Outdoor pets only.
