This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 level house sleeps 10 people comfortably.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. Guests must be over 25 years old.
The house is purely to be used for rest and relaxation style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 10 GUESTS
1st bedroom: 1 x queen bed
2nd bedroom: 1 x double bed
3rd bedroom: 1 x double bed
4th bedroom: 2 x single bunks 4 singles in total
What to bring : - beach towels, bathroom towels, tea towels, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow cases.
Guests have a choice:
1. BYO - No bedroom linen or towels provided at all - no extra costs
2. LINEN - Clean bed linen provided to include pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets you still need own beach towels, bath towels and tea towels. Bed linen, $30 per stay per bed
3. TOWELS - We have a towel set option of $20 per person including bath towel and beach towel and one set of 2 x tea towels for the house
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Regular Bond of $1,000 is charged which is returned within 7 days of your stay, after cleaner has been through the property.

All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below:
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.
3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed, and noise and music must to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
Pets are potentially welcome at the home at the owner’s discretion. Please discuss with your property manager.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
Guests must provide their own linen and towels fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, bathroom towel, beach towel and tea towels. We supply pillows, doonas and doona covers.
Guests can rent a clean linen set for $30 per bed pillow cases and sheet set.
Guests can rent a towel set for $20 per person per stay bath towel, beach towel and tea towel.
7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we have the chance to rectify the situation.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbors.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
If cleaning the floorboards, ensure the floors are only cleaned with small amount of hot water – floorboards cannot be soaked.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
