Our three bedroom house offers all the essentials you require to enjoy a quiet time away with friends or family, within close proximity to all that Anglesea has to offer.
Set in a small Cul-de-sac, a short seven iron away from the renowned Kangaroo lined Anglesea Golf Course, our house is nestled beside Coogoorah parkland, where you can wake up to the wildlife literally on your back door step. The large outdoor deck provides a great viewing platform to take in the serenity or to share with others as you bide your time away. Another smaller deck provides a great spot to capture the afternoon, winter sunshine.
The house itself comprises of three bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, open plan family and dining area, bathroom and separate laundry please note that a combined bathroom/laundry renovation is currently underway and will be completed by early June.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes, ceiling fan and TV, for those who are wanting that little bit of privacy. The second bedroom comprises a double bed, built in robes and ceiling fan.
The third bedroom offers built in triple bunks and a single bed, for those who don't mind to share, or for the young ones to enjoy the time with others.
The kitchen comes complete will all essential utensils, electric stove and microwave with ample storage space for groceries.
What better way to relax and unwind than in the large family area, where the reverse cycle air-conditioning will keep you comfortable all year round, or the wood fire heater to keep away those winter chills. Whether you chill out in front of the TV, take in one of the DVD's, stream your own music through the Bluetooth stereo, or browse to your your hearts content using our unlimited NBN WiFi, there should be plenty to keep you entertained. If it's a break away from technology your after, grab the rest of the family or friends and play one of the board games.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower above, with an additional shower also in the laundry as previously mentioned, a combined bathroom/laundry renovation is planned towards the middle of 2018, which will increase the size of the bathroom, but will remove the bath and one of the showers.
Outdoors, a double electric BBQ lets you enjoy the longer summer days with a fire pit provided when it gets cooler. The adjoining carport caters for two smaller vehicles, and an enclosed area is provided for those four legged members of the family to be housed not visible from living areas.
Shops, beach, river, and playgrounds are a short drive away or can be accessed via the path through the nature reserves, which serves both locals and tourists alike.
