Self-contained apartment adjoining main house in a great location. Just 15 minute walking distance to Anglesea main beach, Anglesea river, local shops, playgrounds, Anglesea golf course and kangaroos. Also walking distance to the V/Line bus stop. Local activities include surfing, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, paddle boats, bike paths and nature walks.
As the partially-renovated brick building of the old joinery, it has industrial character with brick walls and painted concrete floors, with carpet in the bedroom. It usually stays nice and cool in summer.
Dual blinds provide light and privacy during the day with black out blinds for evening.
Property has a queen size bed in the main bedroom. A baby travel cot or extra bed for a child an also be provided on request.

-no parties permitted and no loud noise after 10pm.
-property is close to the road, but road noise is generally quiet at night. Being next to the Anglesea Backpackers means that there may occasionally be noise from vehicles arriving or departing from their driveway, but this is usually minor.
