Nickelgrae Sands is a modern family friendly well-equipped townhouse featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a secure fenced back garden, which is great for kids and pets. Only a short stroll to the beach, shops or the town's great selection of cafes.

Downstairs is open plan living, kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is a Daikin split system air conditioner and heater which services the downstairs and large 60 inch TV with Foxtel. There are sliding doors leading on to a deck with outdoor setting, BBQ and umbrella. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, dishwasher plus everything else you could need.The laundry has a washing machine and adjoining toilet and shower.

Upstairs you will find the main bathroom with spa bath, vanity, shower and separate toilet. Two queen bedrooms each containing a built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, wall mounted TV with built in DVD. and views to nearby hills. The third bedroom is the kids retreat consisting of 3 sets of bunks (includes a tri-bunk), a large LED TV, Xbox 360 with some games provided.

Nickelgrae Sands is pet friendly but dogs are not permitted inside the property, maximum of 2 dogs at anyone time. Kennel provided however bring own dog bedding, bowls etc.

Smoking is NOT permitted inside the property and linen is NOT provided.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from excellent property It was close to the beach and shops in which walked everyday. The backyard was big enough for Bella to run around and play. And we did a couple of day trips to see the waterfalls and port Campbell.
