Description

Modern, luxury privately owned apartment within the Apollo Apartment complex. Being on the upper level the apartment has great ocean views as well as Otways mountain views. A stroll across the Great Ocean Road to the beach and two minutes walk to shops and restaurants makes this an ideal location to visit all of the attractions this area has to offer.

The spacious lounge with flat screen TV and the dining area overlook the large outdoor deck with electric BBQ and outdoor dining setting, makes this great for both el fresco and indoor dining.

Open plan living with full kitchen facilities including oven, cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and utensils, a dining table with 6 chairs, as well as a pantry stocked with condiments..

There are 2 large bedrooms with built-in-robes. The Studio Bedroom, with king size bed, has its own bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and hair dryer. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet, large shower and hair dryer.

Whilst this apartment is ideal for 4 people, in addition to the two large bedrooms, the divan in the lounge area converts to a double bed, so the apartment can accommodate 6 people.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning to ensure your stay is pleasant regardless of the weather conditions.

The new owners have ensured that the apartment is ready for a relaxing, enjoyable stay with all linen and towels provided, excluding beach towels.

A top-loader washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

Undercover, secure car parking is provided with lift or stairs access from the car park to the level 1 door entry of Apartment 13, where access is via a stairway to the Apartment. The stairway may make this Apartment unsuitable for disabled people or very young children.

No smoking or naked flame is permissible in the Apartment, on the Apartment Deck, or within the Apartment complex.

We are currently replacing the drapes with blinds in the living area and doing some other enhancements so the photos may not have been updated at this time, but these changes are all improvements.

A well stocked pantry/fridge/cupboard which is always helpful & very much appreciated. We'll definitely return to this property!
