The property has been extensively renovated with a rustic coastal flair. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with beautifully exposed beams, high ceilings and an abundance of light offers the perfect space for families and friends to enjoy. You will feel instantly relaxed amongst the beautiful eco friendly, recycled materials and open space.
The house has been fitted with quality appliances, luxury and hypoallergenic bedding and a natural wood fire heater. The property has a full laundry equipped with a trough, washer, dryer and a outdoor clothesline. The open entertaining area has an audio and visual entertainment system capable of streaming your favorite music. The main bathroom offers a double basin vanity and a handsgrohe raindance shower over a full size bath, offering that little bit of luxury you enjoy when away from home.
The three bedroom house has a master with a king bed, a walk in robe and ensuite. The second bedroom can be set as a king or split to two king singles and has a built in wardrobe. The third room is a kid's oasis, with a loft bed, a set of bunks and a trundle if needed. Should the kids need to escape or should the adults need their own retreat to sit and relax, the back of the house has a separate sun room area that leads out to a large backyard, a beautiful timber outdoor setting and a Webber Genesis BBQ.
Dogs are welcome outside - while the property is fully fenced, there is a gap beneath the front gate where a smaller dog may be able to get out and which the owner will need to monitor.
