Welcome to Eric the Red Heritage Retreat. This cottage was built from both local timber and the salvaged remains of "Eric The Red", wrecked on Cape Otway reef, Sept 4th, 1880. This refurbished cottage combines traditional 1800's bush architecture with modern design features. It lies within the Marengo Flora and Fauna reserve, just 2 kms from the old fishing and timber township of Apollo Bay.
