Margate Beach House has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a self-contained studio sleeps 6 includes two trio bunks double on bottom, single on top with own bathroom, sleeping a total of 10 persons.
No expense has been spared with this thoughtful renovation, new kitchen, new bathroom, polished floors, split system heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen, TV and DVD, very comfortable dining and living areas.
To complete the picture a large timber deck is situated across the front of the house behind a high front fence, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture for those lazy summer BBQ’s a lawn area provides an ideal spot for a game of bocce or an good play area.
Margate Beach House is centrally located within minutes walk of main street, supermarket, shops, restaurants, river and beach. You will not need to hop in the car unless you want to drive to Lorne for the day, which is a one hour drive, 20 minutes to Geelong, 20 minutes to Queenscliff, and 20 minutes to Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries.
