Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex, Flying Brick Cyder resort and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Sea Follies and enjoying your idealic holiday location.

Sea Follies, a fantastic modern 4 bedroom holiday destination for families. The 4 bedrooms include main bedroom with ensuite and king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom has single and trundle bed, and 4th bedroom includes single bed and trundle – there is also a porta cot if required. The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 baths and 3 toilets. The main kitchen, dining and living area includes TV, DVD, iPod doc station, and is furnished in comfort and style. Sea Follies includes a wood fire, hydroponic heating and reverse cycle air conditioning, with air conditioning in living area and bedroom 4, and fans in bedroom 1. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and good supply of crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters etc to cater for holiday stays. There is laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is a 2nd living area at the front of the house with large relaxing couch and TV as an alternative TV viewing or relaxing space. Outdoors there is a large fenced yard and deck, with BBQ, outdoor seating and 3.6 metre circular pool which is solar heated this area is fully fenced. The house sleeps 8-9 in a modern spacious property located on a quiet street within walking distance of all Barwon Heads has to offer, and short 15-20 minute drive to all the features and attractions in the region. Please note: no access to the garage at this property but good off street parking available.
