Positioned on Hitchcock Avenue you have quirky shops & cafes on your doorstep & only a stones throw to the Ozone Jetty for fishing or the inlet for a beach stroll.
Off street parking for two cars. You can't beat the location.

Right across the road from the Saturday market and a stroll to the day spa for our massages, shopping and wine store. Quirky, retro house with everything we needed. We will be back again thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blast from the past We had a wonderful weekend in my childhood home. This was my family home from the 60's until it was sold in 2001. Not much has changed with the house which is very rare in Barwon Heads. It is a comfortable and cosy cottage within waking distance to everything. We would definitely visit again.

It is within a short walking distance to the great shops of Barwon Heads as well as the beach. The table tennis in the shed entertained our teenage boys and the house contained everything that we needed. The lovely back yard was also a pleasant surprise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable Very comfortable , great location. The beds were comfy. The yard was perfect for our dogs. It was great having outside shed our grand kids loved all the bits and bobs to play with. It was so easy to get up in the morning and only ad few minutes walk to the bakery for a coffee and breakfast, and the dogs were welcome too. It was within close distance to some very pleasant cafes and restaurants for dinner were we also walked to. The beach was within walking distance and perfect for our grandchildren to play. We spent 2 weeks at Alfred's on Hitchcock and we were very comfortable, the BBQ was also well used. I would recommend this rental home and if we're to return we would be very happy to stay again. Penny the owner was very helpful and pleasant and more than happy to help out where she could.
