This deceptively large house features four bedrooms, sleeps 9 three doubles and two king singles with a trundle. Fully air-conditioned, heating and cooling. A log fire for the cold winter nights and each bedroom has ceiling fans for the hot summer nights. The house itself is five hundred metres to the main street, and seven hundred metres to the river beaches, golf course and tennis courts. The surf beaches are less than a Kilometre.
The large lounge/dinning area is separate from the even larger kitchen / family room, both complete with a large flat screen TV. All four bedrooms have a TV. Foxtel is provided with two DVD players.
