Our beautiful 1960s home is an easy stroll to the Barwon River, beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, park/playground, sports grounds and tennis courts.
This is our family home which we have lovingly renovated over many years. It is a unique property in that it was re-located from its original site in Angelsea and renovated in its new Barwon Heads location.
It is full of charm and quirky features that you will find in many homes of this era. It’s not a 'perfect’ showcase home, but we love it and hope you will too Beautifully spacious with loads of natural light you will feel relaxed and happy the moment you walk through the front door.
It’s a beautiful place to relax with a lovely holiday home vibe and loads of charm. You'll love the relaxed vibe the sun filled rooms and the sound of native birds chirping in the garden. It's the perfect location for your family beach escape. There is plenty of space for the kiddos to run around and books and toys to enjoy during your stay.
Located in a quiet street and just a short walk/ride to the river, cafes & restaurants, hotel, supermarket, retail shops, playgrounds and the Barwon Heads Golf Club plus 13th Beach is not far away. So you might just choose to just park the car and have a great holiday.

The whole house is yours. With the exception of a storage room and the garage which will be locked during your stay.
We are not on-site, so you have complete privacy. We will send instructions for the key lock the day prior to arrival and can be contacted throughout the stay if there are any issues but we, of course, hope there won't be.
Please be aware this is not a party house. It is a beautiful family home and we will only rent to a family. We also ask that you respect our quiet neighbourhood whilst enjoying your stay.
