Turkeith is a 6000 acre merino sheep and cropping farm. It employs 5 staff. During week days there could be activity around the yards and shearing shed which are near the quarters. In addition to the farm, Turkeith has a historic homestead and historic garden designed by William Guilfoyle. Currently there is a wind farm being built on the farm.
The Shearers Quarters are 4 km from the entrance of the property.
Turkeith is 15 minutes from Birregurra and 25 minutes to Colac.
The Shearers Quarters are currently being restored and we have completed the bed rooms and lounge. No building works will take place during occupancy.
Although there is a kitchen, an external BBQ and outdoor setting is provided.
Washing Machine and dryer can be made available.
Port-a-cot and high chair on request.
