Short drive to the many sporting facilities Geelong offers such as Kardinia Park AFL and aquatic centre, the Geelong Arena, Royal Geelong Yacht Club, Barwon and Corio Bay Rowing Clubs, Belmont Criterium Track and Geelong Obedience Dog Club - many walk to the latter location.
Also quite handy to the Geelong Performing Arts Centre, National Wool Museum, Geelong Library and Heritage Centre, and Geelong Botanic Gardens. Take a relaxing drive to the nearby countryside, including wineries, historic towns, natural bush as well as various farms open to visitors.

Pricing is based on 2 guests per night; additional guests attract a $27-$32 per person, per night charge on top of the nightly tariff, to cover additional cleaning, utilities and consumables.
Due to significant increases in energy, finance and municipal charges, we will be raising our tariffs from 2018. We thank you for your continued support.
All beds are provided with mattress protectors, two blankets, a doona and pillow/s. Please BYO sheets, pillow cases and doona covers, or linen service is available on request.

Please note the cot is supplied with one set of house linen at no charge. For safety, the cot is not supplied with a pillow.
Our Environment & Ethical Buying
At Under the Ash Tree, we are aware that all of our actions have an impact on our environment and we aim to have a positive impact with our buying decisions.
We clean using a combination of Enjo and Nature Direct, and provide Eco Store brand dishwashing liquid and toilet cleaner for guest use.
Our electricity and gas is provided by Red Energy, 100 percent owned by Australia's Snowy Hydro and employing over 500 customer service staff in Melbourne. For every unit of electricity we buy from Red Energy Snowy Hydro Limited, they match it by generating one unit of electricity from a renewable source.
We source our toilet paper through 'Who Gives A Crap', who donate 50 of their profits to WaterAid to build toilets and improve sanitation in the developing world. Their toilet paper is sustainably produced, contains no chlorine, inks, dyes or perfumes and is biodegradable.
We maintain our low maintenance gardens using hand weeding and Certified Organic herbicide 'BioWeed'. This product is pine oil based and is safe for pets.

Single night stays
For a single night stay, we recommend a motel as the most suitable option. Our minimum stay period is to cover the cost of preparing the entire property for our guests, and to maximise availability for travellers.
