Historic William Hill's Cottage - the best of both worlds.
William Hill's Cottage is located in the very heart of Geelong West.
The Georgian style, early Victorian Cottage was built in 1854 for a Mr William Hill, who lived in the property until 1859, when he returned to England.
The four generously proportioned rooms in the original building comprise three bedrooms and a well appointed sitting room. The sitting room can be converted to a fourth bedroom for larger families.
A glass atrium transitions you into the 21st century. The large open plan living space has all the comforts you would expect from a property of this quality. Relax on the comfy 2 and 3 seater leather lounges, or put your feet up on the recliner with footstool. Read a book, watch a movie, or just chill in this light filled spacious north-east facing room. Reverse cycle air conditioning means you control the climate.
Entertaining? Why not take advantage of the well appointed kitchen and large dining area. The table seats 8 comfortably, and the kitchen has tableware and drinkware for 8, so it's perfect for getting together with family and friends.
