Entertainment system upstairs includes a large digital TV, DVD player, video & CD player. The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and includes a walk in robe and ensuite with a corner spa bath.
Downstairs you have a second living/games area with large TV, Soccer/Air hockey table and access to the yard where you will also find a concrete strip with basketball hoop. This area is also serviced by a reverse cycle A/C. There are three further bedrooms downstairs (with one queen bed & three singles), a main bathroom with bath and separate shower & toilet and a laundry with washer & dryer.
All in all, there is plenty of room for the family in this charming holiday home and plenty of off street parking within the fully fenced yard.
