The upstairs living room is open plan with 42" SCREEN T.V. and D.V.D player, couch and a huge day bed. The dining room table seats 8 people and a children's high chair is available.

The kitchen is well appointed with S/S SMEG dishwasher and S/S SMEG gas stove, a large S/S REFRIGERATOR and microwave .
Downstairs there is another bedroom with a queen size bed, single bed, walk in wardrobe and ENSUITE.
The downstairs living room has a FLAT SCREEN T.V.,D.V.D player, CD/RADIO and a huge daybed. There is a Book Exchange, enhancing the opportunity to have books read by another book worm.
The 3RD BATHROOM is a combined laundry/bathroom with a shower, washing machine and a separate toilet off this room.

MINIMUM STAY- 2 nights
NIGHTLY RATES vary according to day / season. We offer LONG TERM RENTAL in autumn, winter & spring minimum 1 month starting from $700 per week. Please ask me for a quote.
Tariff is based on 2 Adults per night sharing the same bed Addition charge for each Adult and Child applies.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS are made through HomeAway .
SECURITY BOND $500 refunded within 7 days of departure.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS are only allowed if the property is re-let at the same rate, otherwise deposits paid are non-refundable.
