Description

Distinctive fully self contained apartments situated on Lorne's main street, overlooking the extensive gardens of Erskine House. Architect designed, tiled floors, individual layouts and furnishings, quality fittings. Small sundecks, 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic holiday accommodation only a stone's throw from Lorne surf beach and foreshore gardens.

This unit is located on the middle level of the Cora-Lynn apartment complex, with private balcony that looks onto Lorne's Main Street. Comprising 2 bedrooms accommodates 5 people 1 queen, 1 trio bunk. Tastefully decorated throughout, amenities include television, microwave, dishwasher, auto washer, dryer, electric BBQ and standing fan. Only a short walk to beach and shops. There are oil heaters for those chilly winter nights.

Simple accommodation at an affordable price. Location and position perfect

Linen is not provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Doonas and pillows are provided.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable The apartment was comfortable, but basic. There was no air conditioning, but a small fan. The shower head would not stay up high enough to have a shower, bathroom cold tap leaked and was hard to turn off, hot water was not turned on and so we had cold showers until part way through the stay we worked out that the fuse was turned off. Mop to clean apartment needs replacing and also a few rolls of toilet paper would have been nice. There is also no heating for cold days. Positives were that beds were comfortable, well furnished and a good array of cutlery and crockery. The location is excellent and car park very good. A suggestion would be to put wifi in the property. Also it is important to note that the real estate agents were unhelpful and basically rude. We had to ask same questions multiple times, it was clearly pointed out that they do not like to be bothered and no instructions given regarding apartment including the hot water system. Please note that the stay was Jan 2016/ the system would only allow us to post 2015
