Great traditional Beachhouse sited on a large double block in a quiet "dead end" street with fantastic north facing views across Lorne Bay to Aireys Lighthouse and beyond.
Upstairs the house comprises a big deck with an outdoor table setting, casual chairs and a day bed. Inside there is a large open plan living-dining room, with an open fire and a separate kitchen that all face the water and 2 double bedrooms separated by the main bathroom. All upstairs floor are varnished hardwood floorboards.
Downstairs there is another separate double bedroom and a large open plan kids area with 3 double bunks and kids retreat with a second TV/DVD couch, chairs and bean bags, as well as an adjoining separate second bathroom.
All 3 separate bedrooms have queen sized doubles and BIR's and guests need to bring linen, towels and bath mats as the house comes with all pillows, doonas & doona covers.
The house is pet friendly with a dog door between the kitchen and the deck and a gate that closes off the deck to prevent pets from straying as the property, like many in Lorne , is un-fenced.
