The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac situated just above the famous Great Ocean Road, with breathtaking ocean views. Within walking distance to a quiet beach and enabling you to hear the waves crashing from every bedroom. It is a three minute drive (half hour walk) from the town centre, where you will find:

The home is split over two levels, with the additional living room and a bathroom downstairs to enable convenience for showering upon returning from the beach. Upstairs you will find an open plan living area and kitchen, along with large deck on which to enjoy the views at the front of the house. At the back you will find a master bedroom with ensuite, two further bedrooms, main bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. In case the proximity to the beach and views are not enough, Seastone is well appointed with an open plan living area, second living area, both with large TVs and DVD players with DVD library.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and master bedroom as well as individual heating in the other rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and a double garage with remote control access.
