Welcome to Apt A107, our owner managed, 4 1/2 star, one bedroom property within the Cumberland Lorne Resort, located in the picturesque township of Lorne, Victoria. This is a new property to the Stayz booking site since December 1st 2017, and was previously managed by the Cumberland Lorne Resort. Be one for the first guests to stay here as we are sure that your stay will be memorable for all the right reasons.
Newly renovated early in 2017 this spacious and carefully designed apartment offers ocean views and is only a short stroll to the beaches, pier, shopping, restaurants and bars along Lorne's main street, Mountjoy Parade, part of the world famous the Great Ocean Road. Onsite secure under cover parking is provided.
Combined with location this apartment offers privacy and comfort and has discreet mobility/accessibility aides to make you stay as pleasant and memorable as possible, ensuring that all needs are met.
The entrance hall is light filled and draws the visitor into the living room area. There is a ramp to insure that mobility challenged guests, or guests with young children in strollers, have easy access.
The living room is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all that is needed for a fully self contained holiday, fridge/freezer, microwave/convection cooker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The benches are at a lower that standard height.
The living room features a double sofa bed, two easy chairs, dining table and four chairs, coffee table, wall mounted TV, DVD, coffee machine, split system heating and cooling, side table and lamps.
The living area opens out to a sunny balcony with an amazing sea view of Louttite Bay, you can almost touch the water On the balcony there are two our door chairs, a side table and a Weber offering a relaxed atmosphere to share a glass of wine, a beer and a BBQ.
Back indoors and off the entrance hall is the bedroom. There is a queen sized bed, bed side lockers and reading lamps. The room also has a wall mounted TV, wall mounted heater and wall mounted fan, extra heating and cooling for enjoying a comfortable stay no matter what the weather.
The bathroom has been tastefully renovated to create a modern walk in shower with a bench for those guests, young and old, who need extra security and confidence. There are extra grab rails in the shower and close to the toilet to give additional help to those who need it. The toilet is higher than the standard toilet and is in compliance with all Australian regulations. Also in the bathroom there is a washer and dryer and laundry trough to cater for all guests needs.
The apartment is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with basic kitchen and bathroom necessities such as soap, detergent, tea, coffee and milk to get your holiday off to the best start.
Your hosts can offer prompt on sight support and local knowledge of the area and are happy to suggest recommendations for dining, shopping and local tourist attractions.
