This fully renovated home features all the modern luxury you could want. The ensuite to the main bedroom boasts a full size deep bath and walk in shower. The new kitchen is fitted with Bosch stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary appliances to cook a gourmet meal. Walk straight out onto a new deck area at the rear with a dining setting for ten and a super BBQ.

The Boulevard is a stylish property featuring 3 bedrooms, 4th bedroom/rumpus, 3 bathrooms, three televisions and an open plan living, gas fire place and a large entertainment balcony located in a cul-de-sac along Erskine creek beside a truss bridge.

This house is suitable for one or to families with children or a girls weekend away!

The Boulevard is located within easy strolling distance to the main street of Lorne with its cafes, restaurants and shops and surf beach. When you arrive at the property you can put away your car keys as all of Lorne's attractions are within easy walking distance.

This beautifully presented property has an abundance of natural light, privacy and seclusion seeping through its floor to ceiling windows. An efficient upper level open floor plan features an 8-person dining table and lounge area with a 42" TV, Foxtel, DVD player and IPod port. This serves as a hub between the kitchen and glass sliding doors leading to a large balcony, which captures the setting sun.

The newly renovated kitchen contains quality appliances with a caesar stone bench top island with bar stools.To make your stay even more luxurious a Nespresso, DeLonghi, coffee machine awaits you with complementary coffee pods. Enjoy a latte, cappuccino or short black on the balcony or in front of the newly installed gas fire. From the balcony and windows you can enjoy the native birdlife and ducks paddling in the stream below.

The new back deck bbq area captures the morning sun, is accessed through double sliding glass doors.

2 bedrooms are located upstairs; each with queen size beds with electric blankets. The shared bathroom upstairs featues a full size deep bath. Downstairs the master bedroom features a queen size bed with electric blanket, wall mounted television and private sun deck area and an ensuite featuring a full length deep bath and walk in shower. Also downstairs is a spacious 4th bedroom/rumpus room with one built in set of bunk beds and a double sofa bed. The rumpus room also features a 46" TV, DVD/CD player an IPod port, split system air conditioning and its own ensuite - a great area for the children while the adults relax upstairs. The rumpas has a tilt door with windows that can be opened for fresh air and space.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Location This house is in a great location and is an excellent set up for kids. It has a dead end road which makes the street safe for kids ad is a short walk to the beach and shops. This is our second stay here and the only thing that lets it down is its level of cleanliness. As long as you are prepared to give it a good clean when you get there its a great spot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Peaceful and Central A spacious, modern clean house perfectly suited to two families of four. It was lovely and peaceful, yet barely 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and the start of the shopping strip. We were able to relax on the balcony having breakfast and watching the kookaburras, while the children enjoyed themselves in the rumpus room downstairs. We would stay again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This house is gorgeous and fantastic, it well suited to families with young children the bunk room retreat was heaven for my kids!! We were two family's of 4 this house was perfect for us!! Road out the front was perfect for riding bikes, there is a gorgeous little pond with ducks right outside the door, the needs are super comfy! Can't wait to go back!! My kids talk about this house all the time!!!
