Situated in a beautiful bush setting backing onto Erskine River, this 5 bedroom/2 bathroom holiday home is perfect for 2 families or a large group. The beach, supermarket and beginning of Lorne's main street can all reached by a short (and flat!) 5min walk along the river.

Sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms: 2 Queen, 2 Doubles with 4 singles (in 2 bunks) in the fifth bedroom (linen not included)
The property has the following layout:
Top floor - Loft bedroom with queen bed and ensuite including toilet. This room also contains a cot, and overlooks the lounge room as a semi-open mezzanine.
Middle Floor: Kitchen with dining room and living room.
Lower Floor: Four bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
Outside: Large fenced (but not secure for dogs as there are many gaps in the fence) back yard with outdoor table and chairs in picturesque surrounds.
Early check-in and late check-out is offered without extra cost whenever possible. Linen is not included and guests should bring all sheets, pillowcases and towels as required. Linen is available to hire on request.
Please note a 3 night minimum applies for long weekends.
Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval, but please note the backyard, while fenced, is not secure.
Schoolies bookings are accepted with a higher bond.
Street parking is available at the house, as well as a driveway for one car.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop via a walking track (along the river, difficult with wheeled luggage) or a 20 minute walk along the streets.
