Posh Digs is large living and sleeping all on one level; no endless climbing and lumbering up staircases! Just perfect for little ones and those that have difficulty navigating stairs... or those that have had one to many!
Cleverly designed 3 Bedroom home with 2 x Queen Beds and 2 x Bunk Beds and 2 x Cots. 'Clever' because it has two separately areas for large groups each containing it's own living area and bathroom. Yes we have two (2) brand new bathrooms now... no more waiting around while you're 'busting'!
Sick of going to the beach again? Well, we are the big entertainer when it comes to movies and sports. It is foremost in our mind when you stay with us. Two (2) large private living areas each have a very high level of Foxtel offering over the basic so called Entertainment offering.. In addition we offer MOVIES pack, KIDS pack and SPORTS/AFL pack... Amen!!!
This is not entry level Foxtel nor is it only available to watch on on one TV! When you stay with us you can now watch all your favourite sport, movies or childrens shows in peace and quiet in two separate living areas. No more fisticuffs!
However for those that want to escape and seek that extra solitude there are several other private spaces.
Children come first too! A carpeted paradise awaits with 'the great wall of toys'. We have games, puzzle, Tonka toys, train sets, soft teddy bears and a plethora of Childrens books... or you can just watch Foxtel (with CHILDRENS pack) providing hours of fun and 'time off' for the parents. Due to the clever shape of the house with respect to the living room, the kids are always in view... but far enough away allowing parents to have a break and some peace and quiet.
The main Kitchen & Dining areas boasts sweeping views of the Otway National Park and is the perfect backdrop for first drinks in the evening... or earlier if you are keen!. The kitchen is brand new with only the best appliances; Nespresso coffee machine, Miele Dishwasher, Bosch Induction cooktop and oven and... a gigantic 700L fridge for thirsty families! Various common supermarket items are also included (Sauces, Oils, Spices, Glad wrap, Foil, Dry pasta, Rice, the list is large) so you don't have to bring the whole house!
Underneath the house is a 'spartan' laundry with new washing machine.
There are 4 x car spaces off the street.
For the adventurous Posh Digs is 'on the edge' of the Otway National Park where numerous bushwalks await.
For the arts Posh Digs is an easy walk to the QDOS Arts Precinct with art gallery, sculpture park and cafe.

March 2015 - Second bathroom addition with huge towel drying ladders, larger than normal shower and of course extra toilet. A complete reconfiguration of the house resulting in two private living, sleeping and bathing areas. Completed
July 2014 - A new french Cheminees Philippe fireplace provides a stunning backdrop to those intimate and family occasions. The understated elegance of this fireplace with its fabulous wide panoramic view creates an irresistible atmosphere of beauty and effortless warmth.
July 2014 - New high efficiency Mitsubishi air conditioner heats and cools the main kitchen living & dining areas. Completed
April 2014 - Built in wardrobes have been added to the two (2) queen size bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. Completed.
January 2014 - Major Kitchen refurbishment complete with Miele dishwasher and Bosch Induction top/oven appliances with the addition of a massive 'double glazed' window, provides stunning views of the Otway National Park. New extra wide polished rustic 'Blackbutt' wooden floors complement the main kitchen living area with an amazing grain pattern. Completed
