In need of a warm and relaxing holiday with ocean views and a central location? Then look no further We invite you into our spacious one bedroom modern apartment here in Lorne. With a pull out couch, spacious kitchen, large wet room/shower, washer and dryer, enough space for four people and all the facilities that a resort can offer, you will not be disappointed

The apartment is owned and looked after by a local family who are happy to help with any further assistance and who also have an abundance of information of Lorne, The Great Ocean Road, Otway bushwalking and surrounding towns. They are happy to suggest or recommend the best dining and shopping that Lorne has to offer, however the resort is only a short walk from the main shopping and food street, the beach and the famous Lorne Pier if you prefer to explore on your own.

The apartment itself is a newly renovated, self contained unit with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout, making it accessible for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance. All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen and bathroom necessities to get your holiday off to the best start The fully equipped kitchen comes with a convection over/ microwave, a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The adjoining living room follows with TV, foxtel, DVD and to add a bit of luxury, its own Nespresso Machine.

The new extended balcony, 18 sq meters, with a Weber Barbecue is the perfect excuse to enjoy a beer and a burger overlooking the ocean and the beautiful grounds of the complex without ever leaving the apartment. Ideal for families young and old, including pets.

Although the apartment is pet friendly, we do have a few conditions such as a refundable pet bond and that pets must be under owners control and be on lead while within the resort grounds.

Additional Pull Out bed available if required

Reverse cycle heater/air conditioner in the living area and a heater and fan in the bedroom, to adjust the apartment to your desired temperate.

Elevator available for those with mobility needs/small children

Reserved covered car park within the resort
