The third single bedroom can be converted to a double mattress on the floor or a second single mattress can be placed here as another bedding option.

GARAGE: The single garage with remote currently houses a boat, but access is still available for hanging washing and housing the rubbish bins. Carparking is readily available out the front of the townhouse and in King George Square.

Port Fairy has been named the World's Most Liveable Community for very good reason. A charming historic fishing village at the end of Victoria's famed Shipwreck Coast, Port Fairy boasts beautiful beaches; riverside living; boutique and antique shopping; award-winning cafes and restaurants; historical sights; golf course; and heritage and nature walks. It is also home to the internationally recognised Port Fairy Folk Festival in March each year.
While our townhouse is in walking distance to most of Port Fairy's attractions, there is a bus service around Port and to and from Warrnambool 20 mins away. Information can be obtained from the visitor centre.
