“Bruce was extremely welcoming, and informative. Could not ask for a better host. The DrikDrik schoolhouse is unique: entrance road lined with giant fig trees forming an avenue of honour. For those interested in the European history of rural Victoria the magnificently restored original school house is a cultural experience Very easy to find and reach - approx 10 minutes from PacificHwy A1 but situated in a peaceful rural environment. A great 1/2 way place to stay between Melbourne and Adelaide. Close to the Glenelg River with plentiful walks; we wished we could have stayed longer. The modern extension to school house and courtyard/deck area are an added bonus.”
