Alleyne54Torquay is a spacious Holiday house with spectacular views over Spring Creek Valley , Torquay. It is within walking distance of Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. Recently renovated our accommodation offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two queen beds and two single beds comfortably sleep six guests. There is ducted heating and the open plan lounge/kitchen and dining has reverse cycle air conditioning. Linen is provided. Guests are requested to supply their own beach towels.

OUR ADVERTISED TARIFFS ARE FOR THE THREE BEDROOM HOUSE UPSTAIRS which accommodates up to six guests. If your booking is for more than six guests you will require the additional downstairs bedroom at additional cost.

Quotes provided by Stayz and minimum period of bookings beyond the next twelve months are a guide only as we only list pricing and availablity for the next twelve months on their website.

The property has an additional downstairs bedroom and ensuite bathroom which is available at additional cost on request. The property would then sleep up to eight guests. To ensure your privacy the additional downstairs bedroom /ensuite bathroom is not rented separately if you rent the three bedroom option upstairs

If you are looking for a property with a point of difference Alleyne54Torquay is the ideal property for your beach holiday. The lounge and large outdoor deck offer extensive views over Spring Creek valley , Torquay. The property is self contained and is accessible by Internal and external stairs.

The property is located 300 metres from Torquay's Surfworld Museum and around 900m from Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. There is a pleasant walk along Spring creek to the RACV golf club and the Torquay surf beach.

The upstairs section of the property has three bedrooms,master with a queen bed , walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom a queen bed. The main bathroom has a bath and shower.

The additional downstairs option provides an additional large bedroom with queen bed , kitchenette / microwave and small dining table. There is a renovated ensuite bathroom.

The lounge has a leather corner lounge and flatscreen TV with payTV and DVD. There is an adjoining well equipped kitchen with double wall oven microwave and dishwasher as well as a dining room seating eight . The deck at the front of the property has an outdoor setting and barbeque. There is an established rear garden.

Parking facilities / check in instructions.

Onsite parking is available for two vehicles. The driveway is moderately steep and should be approached with some care. Access is however suitable for two wheel drive vehicles with vehicle height less than 2.1m. There is an additional street parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.

Check in instructions will be provided on confirmation of your booking. Our terms and conditions of rental are based on the sample agreement recommended by Stayz. A copy of this agreement will be emailed following your enquiry and prior to payment of your deposit

The property is non smoking and does not allow pets. A $300 security deposit applies to all bookings which is refundable after the property has been inspected. An $800 security deposit is applicable from November 20th and December 15th each year. Additional conditions also apply during this period.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great deck with excellent bbq Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Only problem was the really squeaky bed which meant that we didn't sleep well!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average Nice location but felt it didn't offer value for money. Was pricey for what it was, old and many things not functioning properly, flyscreens missing from many windows and patio door so couldn't leave open for breeze. Had everything we needed, bathrooms newer and lovely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great holiday home for a family getaway This is second time spending our Christmas holidays at Alleyne, Peter the owner is very accomodating and easy to deal with. The house has all the essentials and all other little extras and we are quite fussy with beds but Alleyne has great bedding, pillows, linen and towels . Kids enjoyed all the games and toys that are left there There are no negatives , but if I had to be extremely nit picky- the only two things would be, is to have a fly screen door on the deck so you can leave open on hot nights without letting flies in and maybe plants on deck to be removed so there's less cobwebs and spiders, but those things are very minor Highly recommend for families , the less you need to bring on a holiday and more the house has to offer - then I'd say Alleyne is the right choice

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tranquil setting Cosy and comfortable. Well maintained and clean. All your cooking tools available (except a large casserole dish!) Lovely verandah with barbeque. If only the weather had been better we could have used it! We would thoroughly recommend it.
