Two storey modern beach house with solar heated pool, limestone surround and soft lawn rear yard overlooking the manicured Peppers Resort golf course. Located on the Esplanade in the prestige pocket of The Sands Estate. Sand dunes out front with local traffic only. Private exclusive location.

Bedroom One - Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom Two - Queen size bed and separate bathroom that also services Bedroom 3. Separate toilet.

Bedroom 3 is a family room with 2 x queen size beds and a king single trundle bed that sleeps 6 pax.

All bathrooms with heated floors and towel rails.


The Master Bedroom Suite is a large Twin King bedroom that includes an open style en-suite bathroom with double shower and freestanding bath. Sleeps total of 4 pax.
