This beautifully presented four bedroom townhouse situated in central Torquay is only minutes walk to Torquay Front beach & the busy Gilbert St precinct. Including four generous sized bedrooms this private and well designed property sleeps nine people. All bedrooms are situated on the top floor and include a master bedroom with king size bed, TV and ensuite with shower & toilet.

The second & third bedrooms each have a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom includes a tri-bunk with double bed and single on top. The main bathroom, also upstairs, includes a bath with separate shower & toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with individual reverse cycle air conditioner units.

On the ground floor the large open plan living area is set out beautifully with three big 3 seater couches, a large screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and reverse cycle A/C plus a combustion wood heater for cosy nights in over winter. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oven and 5 burner hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench space with bar stools plus an 8 seater extendable table for family meals together. Conveniently there is also a third bathroom on this level with shower & toilet and also a second small living area suitable as a reading room or children's play area.

With access to the under cover outdoor deck/entertaining area this gives a convenient option to eating outdoors with a BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the grassed north facing courtyard. Set at the rear of the block this holiday rental property is private as well as being conveniently positioned allowing you the option of leaving the car in the double lock up garage and walking to Torquay's attractions, eliminating any parking problems.
