Situated in a prime location, less than 100 metres to the gorgeous beach and parkland and only a 15 minute stroll to Torquay's eclectic town centre.

The home has been styled with quality furnishings and boasts a sense of space and luxury.

This home has 2 separate living areas which makes it ideal for families.

All 3 bedrooms have been fitted with hotel quality linen, so all you need to do is turn up with your suitcase and toothbrush

From the minute you step into the home you will be impressed.

Downstairs features 2 separate living areas, a dining area and a gorgeous large kitchen which has been fitted with quality appliances.

The laundry and powder room are also located downstairs.

Upstairs consists of 3 large bedrooms, one with a large modern ensuite and double shower. Both bathrooms have hairdryers for your convenience.

Two rooms have king size beds and 1 room has 2 x single beds this can be made into a king bed at an additional cost.

Outside in the private courtyard is a lovely new 6 seater outdoor setting and BBQ.

The home has 2 x split systems which makes it ideal for all seasons.

The main living area features a gas log fire for those cold winter days.
