Alleyne54Torquay is a spacious Holiday house with spectacular views over Spring Creek Valley , Torquay. It is within walking distance of Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. Recently renovated our accommodation offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two queen beds and two single beds comfortably sleep six guests. There is ducted heating and the open plan lounge/kitchen and dining has reverse cycle air conditioning. Linen is provided. Guests are requested to supply their own beach towels.
OUR ADVERTISED TARIFFS ARE FOR THE THREE BEDROOM HOUSE UPSTAIRS which accommodates up to six guests. If your booking is for six guests or less there is an additional charge of $20 per night for the additional fourth downstairs bedroom / ensuite should this option is required. This additional bedroom is not rented separately during your stay.
For bookings of seven or eight guests the additional fourth bedroom/ensuite will be included at no additional cost.

If you are looking for a property with a point of difference Alleyne54 Springvalley Views is the ideal property for your beach holiday. The lounge and large outdoor deck offer extensive views over Spring Creek valley , Torquay. The property is self contained and is accessible by Internal and external stairs.
The property is located 400 metres from Torquay's Surfworld Museum and around 1km from Torquay's renowned beaches and restaurants. There is a pleasant walk along Spring creek to the RACV golf club and the Torquay surf beach.
The upstairs section of the property has three bedrooms, master with a queen bed , walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom a queen bed. The main bathroom has a bath and shower.
The additional downstairs option provides an additional large bedroom with queen bed , kitchenette / microwave and small dining table. There is a renovated ensuite bathroom. There is also a single day bed located in this bedroom. Linen is not provided for this day bed although guests who have access to downstairs are welcome to provide there own linen if they require an additional single bed.
The lounge has a leather corner lounge and flatscreen TV with Foxtell including Foxtell sport and a DVD player . There is an adjoining well equipped kitchen with wall oven microwave and dishwasher as well as a dining room seating eight . The deck at the front of the property has an outdoor setting and gas barbeque. There is an established rear garden.

Onsite parking is available for two vehicles. The driveway is moderately steep and should be approached with some care. Access is however suitable for two wheel drive vehicles with vehicle height less than 2.1m. There is an additional street parking for one vehicle at the front of the property.

The property is non smoking and does not allow pets. A $300 security deposit applies to all bookings which is refundable after the property has been inspected. An $800 security deposit is applicable from November 20th and December 15th each year. Additional conditions also apply during this period.
