"Astrand - By the Flume" is a fully equipped apartment located in the heart of Warrnambool. Perfect for couples, families and friends. Astrand accommodates up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. A fold-out double sofa bed is provided in the living room. Both bedrooms have built-in robes with plenty of room to store belongings.
The full kitchen facilities allow you to live in this apartment as your home away from home. The laundry has a top-loader washing machine and tumble dryer and a clothes line is provided in the rear yard.
The living room contains a large screen plasma TV, DVD, stereo system and a small library. A quaint alfresco dining area adjoins the living room which is undercover and north facing.
All furnishings are modern, clean and well maintained and the apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
There is room on-site for two vehicles, with one space available in a lock-up garage. There is also plenty of free parking available on the street out the front.
