Welcome to Central Quarters Warrnambool, a self contained retreat lovingly renovated to create a space where you can escape and relax.
Created within an 1850s heritage listed sandstone building, the townhouse is a lovely blend of old and new. The sandstone walls, original fireplaces and dark timber ceilings have been beautifully restored and now house the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An architecturally designed extension creates an open kitchen, dining and lounge area. This flows into an outdoor living space with a sandstone boundary salvaged from the old walls and rebuilt.
The accommodation sleeps up to 4 adults and features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, two queen sized beds, one with ensuite, second modern bathroom, gas log fire, coffee machine, LCD TV, DVD player, and bluetooth stereo.
The quoted nightly rate covers 2 people and the use of one bedroom. If you would like the use of both bedrooms and there are only 2 guests, there will be an extra charge of $50 to cover the cost of the extra laundry please note if you are booking for more than two people the cost of the extra room is covered in the $50 extra per person.
Central Quarters is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, and across the road from a supermarket IGA. It is very close to many cafes on Kepler and Timor Streets, and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants of Liebig Street. Lake Pertobe and the beach are a 20 minute stroll through well maintained gardens.
