Located at the front of the house, our living room carries on the beachy relaxed feel from the rest of the house, whilst allowing you to enjoy the original character features of the home. Furnished with a leather lounge suite, the room offers guests a 35 inch Panasonic TV, DVD player and a DVD library for their entertaining pleasure. The room also provides a split system unit for heating/cooling.
The house also offers guests an art deco themed bathroom, in which the shower is located over the bath; a separate toilet; and a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, and for those bringing their pets a medium-sized doggy door to the side garden.
The yard is fully enclosed with plenty of grass and a well maintained garden.
