Seaview on the Park is a quality Townhouse located at Lake Tyers Beach. The views are the best you will find in Lake Tyers Beach and the location is perfect.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and a sitting area so as to enjoy the views of the lake and ocean at all times of day and night. Double glass doors open out onto a lovely deck with 2 sunlounges. 2 large built in wardrobes and some lovely artwork complete this bedroom. A split-system air conditioner is included for comfort.
Bedroom 2 has the same magnificent views. This is also a large bedroom with queen size bed and a reclining chair strategically placed by the window to look across the beach and ocean and read a favourite book or daydream completes the room.
Bedroom 3 is a smaller room with a double bed but very comfortable and in keeping with the rest of the house.
The bathroom has a large corner 2 person spa with a shower over. Bodywash, handwash and hairdryer are provided. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided for guests.
The large open plan kitchen, meals, living is fitted with everything you need. Large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and some essential small appliances, all crockery, cutlery and cookware are provided. There is also an assortment of platters and salad bowls. Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided.
The living area has a TV with a soundbar which can connect to Bluetooth so you can play your own choice of music. There is a small CD and DVD selection. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a house phone are also included.
The laundry is complete with washing machine, drying,clothes horse, ironing board and iron. Washing powder is also provided. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
Again, double glass doors open out onto a deck with the magnificent views. The deck has an outdoor setting and large, covered barbecue. BBQ tools are provided.
An outdoor shower is available for rinse-off when returning from the beach. Beach towels and an assortment of beach toys and games are provided.
A breakfast hamper of bacon, eggs, juice, milk , bread, cereal and condiments for your first day is included.
For the young families we can provide a portacot and high hair.

The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb neighbours.
Guests are to park in the garage. One additional car can be parked at the front of the garage but is not to block the driveway at any time.
Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Deck and balcony areas
a) Guests must not sit on, climb or hang from balustrade.
b) Children are to be supervised on decks at all times.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are not permitted.
The Owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.
