Need even more privacy, the downstairs level is a completely self contained area including kitchen, lounge, bathroom and own under cover outside deck opening to the private garden area. With the solid polished concrete floors and walls, the downstairs area is quiet enough for a baby to sleep, whilst the footy is being watched upstairs!
Relax and enjoy a barbeque on the rear second story deck, whilst taking in the fantastic lake and mountain views!
Enjoy a fish? Be first to the ramp with a short 30 second drive down the hill to catch the 1m+ Flathead that inhabit the lake. Or take a 150m walk to the lake through the bush track to enjoy some of the numerous birds that frequent the area. Come out at the Water Wheel Tavern 450m further up the track, have a bite to eat and take a stroll along 90 Mile Beach. More into the surfing? Take the short 2 minute drive to Red Bluff for some beach & reef breaks. There is countless things to do in the area including, caving, mountain biking, 4wd, hunting, bush walking, kayaking, wineries, golf, shops, cafes.....

BOOKINGS * PAYMENTS * POLICIES.
To secure your booking:- A $200 Security deposit will confirm your reservation for up to 8 guests. Your Security deposit (bond) is refundable back to you after you stay at Blue View Beach House.
Reservation payments are required to be settled a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival for all stays of 2 or more nights.
Peak or high demand season bookings, (Xmas/New Year/ January/Easter) are required to be settled 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments: Can be made by bank funds transfer (EFT) or Cheque. (details provided when booking)
Online credit card payments via STAYZ are also available however the deposit to secure your reservation & bond will be treated separately.
Cancellation: Your $200 Security Deposit is refundable to you, following your departure from Blue View Beach House, subject to the adherence of all Stay policies & a satisfactory conditional report, following your departure. A minimum of 30 days notice prior to arrival date, is required for the refund of any other payment made.
Pets: STRICTLY Not permitted.
Late check-outs: By prior arrangement & prepaid only. (refer Late check-out rates)
Smoking: Permitted in specific outside locations only.
Parties: We are happy to accept quiet, normal family-style birthdays & celebrations or family get-togethers,etc. If you intend to use this as a 'party house', look else where. We respect our neighbours who live in the area on a permanent basis.
