No 6 Beach House is the perfect gateway, which is a home away from home, with all the modern comforts you need and located within seconds from the picturesque Lake Victoria & the Marina and a short drive to Ninety Mile Ocean Beach

All you need within a few minutes walk

Enjoy the sunsets over the lake, enjoy the Marina Hotel on the lake with a sandy beach front which is within a few minutes walk, for great food, coffee or a nice drink just watching the world and stunning Lock Sport wildlife pass by.

No 6 Beach house is brand new, new kitchen, new bathrooms, ...... so if you like new beds, mattresses, new appliances and a beautiful interior then this is the holiday for you.

Ideally set up for a family or a couple just wanting to get away and relax, could also accommodate two families.

Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria. Known for its boating delights, water sports, fishing hotspots, swimming, water skiing and jet skiing.

No 6 Beach House is perfectly located to walk to everything you need, with views of the Marina as soon as you start a 1 min walk to Lake Victoria. Within a minutes stroll, you will have access to a variety of sandy beaches, the Marina Hotel and the Marina. Store your boat at the Marina or take a few minutes drive to one of the boat ramps.

There is a fantastic lakeside concrete path which enjoys stunning views of the lake waters and marina activity, perfect for a cycle, run or walk, especially if you have a pram. A short stroll will take you to the children’s playground, undercover BBQ, new skate park, supermarket, fish & chips (10 mins from the beach house) and if you walk to the end you will reach the boat club and caravan park.


The Beach house offers open plan living, opening onto a undercover veranda. Relax on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness.

You may be lucky enough to spot a local kangaroos hopping by in the evenings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property - gem Our family & grandparents thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the No 6 beach house, it was a home away from home, with beautiful modern decor through out. I appreciated how clean and looked after the property was and getting into a nice new bed, all of the family commented on how comfortable they were. Great outdoor veranda, to sit and watch the world go by and relax. We loved walking to the beaches, exploring the area and having dinner at the local pub. We certainly be booking again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a Gem! My husband and I recently stayed at No 6 Beach House with our two young children. We could not recommend this 'gem' of a beach house any higher. It is brand new and it cleverly and perfectly designed for more than one family. Being able to put the kids to bed at one end of the house and then relax and enjoy the living end of the house without disturbing the kids or any of the sleeping quarters, was a blessing when we really needed a good rest. The brand new kitchen was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed for our self catering two night vacation. The laundry size was fantastic and the bathrooms immaculate. The outside deck made a cosy retreat in the evenings and was a great place to relax with a book or magazine, whilst the kids played in the secure and safe front yard on the trampoline and enjoyed the spacious outlay of the garden. The house was so clean and had a beautiful quiet ambience to it with a touch of beach décor that really sets the scene. It felt private, cosy and safe on a really quiet street. With a short stroll down the hill, we were at the Marina where we could enjoy a lazy afternoon drink at the pub and the kids could run and play chasing the seagulls on the foreshore. We could walk, scooter or bike ride down to the front beach to the general store and playground, enjoying the long windy pathways along the front beach. We also discovered some little private beach areas close to the house as well which the kids loved. We are so pleased we found and booked this escape at the last minute and have already looked into booking a longer stay during the summer with some friends.
