Description

Pelican Breeze is a newly listed holiday rental, perched overlooking Lake Victoria, with uninterrupted water views from the comfort of the kitchen and lounge room, not to mention the views from the new decking.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spread out over 3 levels with additional water views from 2 of the lower level bedrooms, with an open plan kitchen, dinning and lounge area on the top level.

There is a queen bed in the main room, a double in the second room, and in the kids room you will find 2 sets of bunks, along with an additional single bed mattress, perfect for two families with a couple of children each. Pelican Breeze sleeps 8 people, and potentially 9 if you avail yourself of the spare mattress.

Access to the water is only minutes away and accessible via a short stroll down through the rear of the property. If however you prefer to stay on firm footing an additional couple of minutes would see you access the beach from the road.

Like many, we are dog lovers, and we know just how much our dog enjoys coming with us, so if your well behaved dog would like to join you on holidays, please feel free to bring them. The property is newly full fenced, all that we ask is that you bring a towel or similar for your dog to lay on when they return from the beach, and naturally if you can dry your dogs paws off before letting he or she enter that would be greatly appreciated. No cats please.

Accommodation for your car is provided under the roof line, by an open garage.

We just ask that assuming your treat your house well, that you return the favor to us also, and treat this house in the same way, leaving it as you find it.

Additional Information

The home is located in arguably the nicest / quietest part of Loch Sport, very close to the lake beach, which as you can see from the pictures you get a 180 degree view of from the back decking

Loch Sport is well serviced by the local businesses including, Loch Sport Hotel, Pizza shop, Supermarket & Bottle Shop and Bakery. There is also an RSL, Bowls club, General Store, Take Away Food Shop, Boat club, Boat Marina, Tennis Courts, Golf Course and Mini Golf. The serene Ninety Mile beach is a short Five minute drive from the house.

Entry to the National Park is basically at the end of the street.

With at least two boat ramps, Loch Sport has a boat ramp to suite the small to the very large vessels.

For those who enjoy fishing from the shore line, it goes without saying that there are more places to get a line wet than one can mentioned.

Loch Sport generally has slightly cooler temperatures than Melbourne during the Summer months, and slightly warmer during the winter. The home has a new reverse cycle air conditioner, with electric panel heaters in each of the bedrooms to take the chill off.

What should you bring with you.

Please bring your own bed linen, sheets and covers or sleeping bags, including pillow cases, and no towels are provided.

And please remember to bring a towel or two for your K9 companion.

Pricing:

A Deposit of 20 is required to secure a booking. Final due 2 weeks before commencement, except for Dec/Jan holidays when final is to be paid 1 December. Prefer bookings of 7 days or more for Christmas holiday period however we are flexible. Bookings of 3 days for long weekends & 4 days for Easter.

Security bonds will be refunded within 5 days vacating the property after a property inspection is completed.

Check in Time - 1:30 PM

Check Out Time - 11:00 AM - late check-out available on weekends except during Dec/Jan hols check with owner.

It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet - please pick up after your dog.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Departing - Basic Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged. Two hours cleaning is allowed for in your rate; any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally different view of Loch Sport! I have been going to Loch Sport since the 80s but haven't yet had a holiday looking at Lake Victoria from an elevated balcony! We thoroughly enjoyed this weekend away treating ourselves and mother-in-law to a lovely comfortable house with magnificent views over Lake Victoria. We had everything we needed and would highly recommend the property to lovers of Loch Sport.

Loch Sport is a beautiful place but this holiday house is also positioned right near Lake Victoria making it the ideal location. The house itself is like a home away from home and is complete with absolutely everything we needed. The owner is great to deal with and we would def go back here.

The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained and very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights with our two great danes and they happily lazed on the deck for most of the stay looking out at the gorgeous view. Highly recommend the property and look forward to staying again in the future.

Pelican Breeze provided us with all we needed for a fantastic family holiday and that included our dog! The owners were great to deal with and we'd highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

This lovely holiday home had all we could ask for-even the dog had a great stay!-moments from the beautiful lake victoria, a view of the lake from the superbly laid out deck (complete with bbq ofcourse) and 3 very comfortable bedrooms made for the perfect holiday. The owners were great to deal with too. We'd highly recommend Pelican Breeze to anyone wanting to take the family on a memorable holiday!
